- Foreign Fellowships: we are happy to host postdoctoral researchers with foreign fellowships (non-exhaustive list):

At the doctoral level:
If you are interested in a PhD in my group, do apply to the graduate program in the Astronomy Department at the University of Virginia. I am happy to discuss research project opportunities with admitted students.
Regarding fundings, please consider applying to graduate fellowships that you are eligible for. You can find a non-exhaustive list below:
- NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP)
- DOE Computational Science Graduate Fellowship (CSGF)
- Fullbright fellowships for foreign undergraduate students to come do their PhD in the United States. Check the Fullbright Program website of your specific country to inquire about PhD fellowship opportunities and eligibility.
For graduate students admitted in my group, I support the opportunities to have research experiences spanning several months during the course of their PhD:
- in a partner research institution in France through the Chateaubriand Fellowship program
- at a U.S. National Laboratory through the DOE Office of Science Graduate Student Research program (SCGSR).
At the postbac level :
Opportunities for a postbac research experience in the Virginia Cosmology Group are assessed on a case by case basis. Do reach out to discuss your specific situation.
In particular, if you are a student from a non-U.S. Bachelor (B.Sc.) or Master (M.Sc.) program that has to fulfill a research experience requirement in the form of a gap year or an internship, please get in touch.
